Dr. Cisneros grew up in Tennessee and earned her Ph.D. from Loma Linda University, specializing in Neuropsychology and Forensic Psychology. She is the senior neuropsychologist at Casa Colina with clinics focusing on both evaluation and treatment of brain injury, spinal cord injury, dementia, stroke, and chronic pain. She is an adjunct faculty member at Loma Linda University and teaches neuropsychological and psychological assessment. In her private practice, she conducts qualified and agreed medical evaluations, concierge treatment, and med-legal neuropsychological evaluations. Her treatment and evaluation philosophy revolves around the identification of brain injury’s effects on the whole person – the patient’s cognition, behavior, and emotions -- as well as the collateral effects on the entire family.
