Thomas Dempsey is a nationally recognized lawyer who has obtained numerous large verdicts and settlements. His practice emphasizes all categories of personal injury and wrongful death cases. Yearly named as a “Super Lawyer” since 2004, he was President of CAALA and of the Public Justice Foundation. He is the recipient of the Public Justice Foundation’s Champion of Justice and the Public Justice Achievement Award for a case voted one of the top 10 verdicts of 2010 by the “Los Angeles Daily Journal.” He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers and is former chair of the Traumatic Brian Injury Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the United States Supreme Court Bar. He was an adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School.
